Few Members Took Survey but Dashboard Shows No Responses

Hello- A few of our members already completed the survey created. However, the Constant Contact results page shows No responses. Where can I find the responses to the survey sent? I even took the survey and submitted successfully, yet no response appeared.

Hi @SCOREChicago 

 

I can understand how important it is to easily view the responses of your survey! Where exactly are you looking for this information in your account? Survey results can be viewed on the Campaigns tab of your account as well as the “Track Your Survey Results” section when viewing your individual campaign.

With that said, I was able to see 13 responses have been tracked. Are you unable to see this recorded amount? If so, what do you see (blank space, the number 0, etc.)? Is this happening in a different browser or even a private/incognito window?
