Filter contacts for "non-responder" Email for event campaigns

Hi,

I created a Event-Campaign. Now I want to send a second Email to all non responders except of some adresses. When I click on "Email non-responders", I can`t filter the contacts.

I would to do something like: "Send mail to All non-responders except of mail1@whatever.de, mail2@whatever.de"

Is that possible?

That's a great question! If you would like to exclude a non-responder from receiving an email, here are the steps:

1) Select the non-responders (click on the number indicating how many people didn't respond) and choose "Download CSV" (instructions here)

3) Open the file on your computer and remove anyone that you don't want to send to

4) Upload the file and create a new email list for those contacts that you want to send to (instructions here)

5) Create an event email and choose the new list that you want to send to (instructions here)
