When I create email campaigns, I only have access to one list that contains contacts. Constant Contact says + total people are subscribed to me. I can't find where I can access to this extra few hundred email addresses. Of course they're charging me for the + contacts price. Why?

Hello @HeatherZ86 ,
If you only have a single list, and it doesn't contain all your subscribed contacts, I'd advise narrowing down to the view for contacts not on any lists, this will help narrow down which contacts are just free-floating, but still actively subscribed.
