Fix Request_Unfiled Campaigns Folder

Please take a look at the unfiled folder. The count is off. I only have 8 unfiled campaigns, but the count shows 26.

My account shows the same issue. 18 unfiled, 14 actual.  It has been that way forever. I have been ignoring it.
