Hello,  When we do an ad campaign, the goal is be able to print it out as a flyer after the email goes out.

When I go to the ad campaign - Details -  and call up the ad it looks great.  However, when it is printed it is only half the page.  I have tried saving it and printing, screen printing and even talking with the support group at Constant Contact.  We just can't figure out why it is not printing as a full page.  Has anyone else run into this?

Hello @RobC963 ,

 

Just to confirm, when you download the email to your computer so it's a PDF or image file, does it display as half the email or does it show it in full? If it downloads fine as a PDF or image, it sounds like it's something more localized to your particular printer setup. Are you able to print the file from another printer or at another location without issue?
