Font changes I didn't introduce!

What gives you the right to change things in my .pdf file?????? I know what I want. I hate sans-serif. Your lame software changed HALF the text to sans-serif, the rest remains in Times Roman which is what I want. This software is the biggest waste of time I have ever encountered. My formatting is MY formatting. Keep your hands off!!!!
