Hi @AngelaA34. If the font used in your email isn't available in a contact's browser or email client, it will substitute it for a font that is available, which can make your email design look different than you intended it to. This is especially common when using web fonts. Email-safe and web-safe fonts have a higher likelihood of not changing when they are viewed in a browser. Please review the attached article for an explanation of these different types of fonts.
