Why the frick did my fonts change when the email went to my customers?????????

Now it looks real stupid.

Makes absolutely no sense why that would happen.

Fix this or I’m moving on to a new service.

Hi @AngelaA34. If the font used in your email isn't available in a contact's browser or email client, it will substitute it for a font that is available, which can make your email design look different than you intended it to. This is especially common when using web fonts. Email-safe and web-safe fonts have a higher likelihood of not changing when they are viewed in a browser. Please review the attached article for an explanation of these different types of fonts.

If you have an example of an email that used an email-safe or web-safe font and can confirm that font is installed on a computer or browser, we'd be happy to take a closer look. You can email us at communitysupport(at)constantcontact(dot)com with the name of the campaign, the font used, a screenshot of the email with the changed font, and either the browser or email client the campaign is being viewed in.
