For the automation series to work, is it required for the recipient to open the 2nd & 3rd emails?

Just want to ask if the automation (trigger - opens the emails) will still work if the recipient didn't open the 2nd email? Like, will it still send the third email to those who didn't open the 2nd email but opened the 1st one? Thanks.

Hello @AudreyS90 - Yes it will. The automation trigger will start the series (as in it will only start when they open the first email), but once they are in the series, they will continue to receive the next steps at the specific intervals regardless of if they open the subsequent emails or not.
