Formatting is messed up when I send out newsletter to Microsoft Outlook emails

Hi there! 

 

I am launching an internal newsletter tomorrow for my company. I designed the newsletter using the clear form. I am trying to send out tests and the Outlook desktop app receives a distorted, stretched-out version of the email. The sizing is all wrong and I don't know how to change it. 

 

It looks great on the Outlook mobile app, but the desktop view is wonky. Can someone help me with this? Thanks!

Hello @rivierautilities ,

 

What desktop version of Outlook are you using to view the email? Are you seeing any settings in Outlook to let you change the view, zoom, image sizing, or anything else that'd affect its display? Is this issue occurring for other using the same Outlook program as you?
