Tried the suggested solution, Replace/Edit/choose frame.  Nothing happens. Is this an extra charge item?

Hello @AllanA50 ,

 

Can you elaborate at all on what frame you're referring to? Any frame options for emails will be unique to templates, and the same default ones in an account are available for both Email and Email Plus. Same with frames for images, what's available is available on both plans.
