I set up a discount code for 1 person to attend an event for free. The person used the code for herself and also for her guest. I had the limit set to 1 allowed so why did they system allow her guest registration to go through at no cost as well?
Thank you for your inquiry! If you could provide me with the name of the event I could give a more concrete answer, but I'll try to reply as best I can. It sounds like you may have used an access code instead of a discount code. If the fees for the registration are all set to "Everyone," when an access code is applied it will make that fee available to both registrants and guests. I would update the registration form so the free code is only available for registrants. That said, if you want to email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username, the name of the event, and a reference to this post I can take a closer look and make sure there isn't something else going on.
