The templates for your account are available when you create a new email campaign. Are you not seeing these templates or is there one missing from the list that you think should be there?
The templates are within your account; however it seems like there is something that is not allowing them to show on your browser/computer. There are a few things that we can test to determine what is causing this. Can you try these few things out and let me know if it helps or if you are still unable to view the templates please?
- What browser/version are you using?
- Do you have another browser to test? Did using a different browser help?
- Can you try optimizing your browser, then closing all browser windows and re-opening?
- If possible can you get a screenshot of what you are seeing after you click the Create a Campaign?
