Hi, I signed up for 30 days trial. Why I received message from my bank that my credit card was charged USD20 for it?

Thank you for reaching out about the charge on your account. Currently, we are unable to assist with billing inquiries via the Community. In order to protect your account security, you will need to give our Billing team a call directly so that they can look into this charge for you!
