I created a new campaign by copying a previous one. When I send it out as a test email, the From Address is not what I have selected in Email Settings. In the settings, the address is info@*******.org, but what's showing up is email@example.com. I want to make sure this is not what displays when the campaign actually goes out.
Hi @DesignMonkey. The address you are seeing is the same From address. What we have done is add authentication so your email appears more legitimate and improves your deliverability.
To add on to what Caitlin said, you can also have the "ccsend" bit not included if your account is set up for email self-authentication.
