I HAVE AN PERSON WHO SAYS THEY NEVER RECEIVED MY EMAILS. The "verification mechanism on CONSTANT CONTACT says they not ONLY received it but OPENED it too! What can I do to prove they got it or is it a FLAW with Constant Contact . . . HOW CAN THEY VERIFY IT WAS ACTUALLY DELIVERED. I've never had this problem with ANYONE ELSE . . . help me or call me please .
So sorry your contact hasn't received your email! Emails get marked in our system as opened when images in it are downloaded or links in it are clicked. Because your email is marked as open but your contact didn't receive your email it sounds like their security program is causing this. Security programs for email clients view images and check links before the email arrives in their inbox. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Having your contact Whitelisting Constant Contact Website in their Security Program will help with this.
