Our organization send notices for events to our members but many of our emails arrive in the recipients "Promotions" inbox as opposed to their "Primary" inbox. As a result, many are not seen and remain unopened since most people treat promotions as spam and do not look at them.
Is there a way to have our mail delivered to peoples "Primary" inboxes?
I understand how important it is for your emails to be delivered directly to your contact's inbox. I apologize, your emails going into their Gmail’s Promotions tab is due to settings in Gmail. Your contact can however move these emails into the promotions tab by clicking and dragging one of your emails from the Promotions tab. They can also disable these tabs altogether. By doing either of these workarounds, all future emails from you will be delivered to the Primary tab.
