We are getting reports from board members, as well as general community members, that they can no longer find our emails. Not in junk, not in promotions, not in their inbox. If they search for a keyword in our email it's there, but not visible in any of their boxes. It is invariably always a gmail address.
Is there any workaround, or way to "trick the system" to get our emails back in their inbox somehow? Truly appreciate help/guidance as this is a huge challenge for us!

Hi Frankie, Thank you for the response and suggestion .I can absolutely reach out to these three people and explore this option. However it doesn't really address the root of the problem, as we have 36K subscribers and I have no way of knowing who isn't getting our newsletter through gmail. I can't realistically reach out to each of them to individually ask them to go through this process. Are there other tricks we can incorporate into our newsletter design to better our chances of landing in the inbox somehow? To be honest I'm exploring other email platforms as this invisibility to gmail users is really unacceptable for us. There must be some solution?!
I apologize if these workarounds I have provided is not the answer you were looking for. Though we recognize it is not a solution to this experience, it is something we suggest in the meantime. Emails can sometimes not be delivered due to content or even its subject line. So these troubleshooting steps allow us to eliminate this as the cause. We also have Deliverability Specialists available by phone who can help look into this experience further for you as well.
