Where exactly are you seeing this slowness in your account? What are the steps you're taking before this slowness appears? We have seen cases where 3rd party add-ons could affect how Constant Contact works. What browser are you working in? If you have not yet tested your account in a different browser, I would suggest doing so or even in a private/incognito window.
