Green Phone Icon messing up alignment of text

Just started today... texts with phone numbers have this green phone icon in it and it is totally messing up the alignment of the text. How can I get rid of this? Of course it had to occur on a holiday.

Hello @NancyS232 ,

 

Are you able to provide a screencap of what you're seeing? I sent test versions of your latest draft and last sent email, and none of them are showing a green phone icon in my Outlook or Gmail clients, nor in the iPhone Gmail app. Are you seeing this icon in other email apps / programs you're using, or just one in particular? Is it affecting all phone numbers in your emails?
