HELP - I CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT AND I AM STILL BILLED

I cancelled my account and received confirmation in April and I have been billed for May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December 2020 AND January 2021. Please help me. I am very upset but know that this is an easy fix.

Hello @CarolynH0474 ,

 

I took a look at your account's billing history, and I'm not seeing any charges after April. Your account is still cancelled, and your billing info was purged from the account at the time of cancellation.

 

If you believe we've charged you, please call our Billing team and provide the billing info that was charged so they can securely, administratively look it up in our system to see if there were any charges on our side.
