Hacked?

My supporters are getting emails that appear to come from Constant Contact asking them to "update their profile". What is going on?

Re: Hacked?

Hello @KevinS461

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! That email sends to your customers when they select the "Update Profile" link in the footer of your email campaigns. Click here on our helpful article to see what that looks like!

Re: Hacked?

Hi @SOCCC

Thank you for reaching out about this email! It sounds like you may have unfortunately received a phishing email. In fact we advise that you please do not click on the link and forward it to abuse(at)constantcontact(dot)com. If you have any further questions, please give a call into our Account Review Department. In the meantime we have alerted our Compliance Team of this experience.

Re: Hacked?

There have been several instances of customers receiving phishing emails, such as the one attached. This happened several months ago, and again today.68465414_10220104014380836_4119548401996005376_n.jpg
