Having issues with the Access to church bulleting in Constant Contact

Problem has been going on form months now. Have worked with your technical team and problem is corrected for that week but then returns. Problem: I want to down load document. I go to Print/Download across from document and nothing happens. Try repeatedly. Usually it works the next day. Nick Riehl Trinity Episcopal Church, New Castle PA
