The header color appears as white in Constant Contact's Preview modes, but as black in Gmail emails (via desktop) and blue in Gmail emails (via iPhone Gmail view). Has anyone else encountered this issue? How can we fix this?

Thank you for reaching out to the community! The screenshots you have included definitely helps to understand what you're experiencing. This change is specific to our older Legacy Newsletters. I can also see you have previously reached out to our Chat Support about this as well. This team was able to determine this was caused because the font color was applied to the table tag, and not the tag with the text content. Our editor applies all styles set in the table to all the content within the table, but some systems don't recognize or do that, and default to black. Gmail is one of the programs that does that and defaults your text to black. In fact the workaround they previously suggested was to highlight the text and specific set the color to white. Does doing this in your campaign help?
Hello, and thank you for your response!
I *think* we are doing what you're saying/suggested, but am not 100% sure to be honest. Here are a couple of screenshots showing the font set to white when the text is selected, and also in the "Fonts" setting on the left-hand side of my screen:
That’s a great question! This actually applies to the color code under the “TITLETEXT” section of your email’s Style Sheet.
You will have to update the current color code of #000000 to your desired white color code #FFFFFF.
Thank you for testing this step we suggested. I apologize you are still seeing this even after making your update. Just to clarify, are you seeing this color change in your email when a test is sent directly from Constant Contact or through a forwarded test? Through a closer look at the screenshots you have provided these email tests appear to be forwarded. We also were only able to replicate this same experience only when forwarding the email. If you are seeing this color change only when forwarding your test, it's important I mention whenever you are forwarding an email, your email client will over-write some of the coding. Because of this display issues on forwarded emails is an experience we are continuing to troubleshoot.
