Help with Migrating current Automation Campaigns to New templates

Hello,

I have an automation series that includes 12 auto-responder emails in the campaign. It's getting a 46% open rate and 37% CTR which I'm happy with.  AND, it's time to migrate to a new mobile-friendly template. I created my own custom, branded template in 2017 and I'd like to know if there is a simple way to migrate the content to a new template.  Does anyone have experience with this and/or have you invested in hiring a CC marketing specialist for the $50 a month to create a new template for you?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Write on!~

Hello @LisaM24,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! This template that you have custom made, is it saved to your computer as a PDF? Also, we have received amazing feedback from our customers about how much the marketing advisers have helped them. Please let us know if that is something you would like to start!

No, the template was custom created (design modified) within the Constant Contact platform.

Hello @LisaM24,

You can definitely create a copy of the newsletter and use it again! It sounds like it may be created in the older editing system though. If it is called a Legacy Newsletter, the only option to use it again and make it into an automated email, will be to recreate it using our new templates.

Yes, I understand how to copy current campaigns. The issue I have is that a lot of work went into designing and formatting the series and to redesign and move it all over to the new design is going to take A LOT of time. It would have been helpful to have all upgrades including mobile viewing upgraded on the older version.

Re: Help with Migrating current Automation Campaigns to New templates

I understand how frustrating it would be to have to redesign all the emails in the series. Unfortunately all the changes needed to make the campaigns mobile friendly and all the other abilities we are adding, the old version would not be able to handle the changes.

We do have a Professional Services department that can be brought in to convert all the emails into the new format so that they can be added into the new automated series. This would save you the time in the conversion.
