I am trying to get into chat but my computer won't connect so I'll ask here in the meantime.
I want to send an email to a particular segment of my list. The trouble is, I want to exclude a tag, not include.
I have a general list for my homeschool audience. Last week I had them all click on whether they are teaching preschoolers, elementary, middle school, or high school. Some people clicked on one or two (or even three) and some people didn't click on anything and are still on my general homeschool list. I want to send an email to the elementary parents and the general homeschool list without sending to people who are only on the middle school and high school lists. Is there a way to do this?
Although you were able to connect with our Chat Support about this, I wanted to make sure our response was shared here as well. Accounts with under 10,000 contacts in it has the option to filter their contact lists by tag when scheduling an email campaign. In your case you will want to tag the contacts you do not want to send to, and select our "Don't send to contacts who are also tagged with" filter.
