Help with test email


Help with test email

Yesterday morning I sent myself a test email and never received it. This morning two hours ago I sent a test email to myself and two of my staff members. No one has received it. Can anybody help? Also, I included a RSVP. Where does the RSVP answers go to? Does it come to my email or does constant contact keep a tally and send it to me? Thank you

Thank you for reaching out to the Constant Contact Community. It's my pleasure to assist you today.  I'm sorry you aren't receiving your test emails. I have done a test and was able to receive your email, so I believe you may be running into a firewall within your server blocking your email from being delivered. This issue can be corrected by whitelisting Constant Contact in your security settings. 


In regards to the RSVP block, those results are tallied in the Email Details section of your reporting on the email. Please feel free to reach out should you have other questions. Thank you for choosing Constant Contact. Have a great day!
