How Can I Create a Hybrid Event?

Current functionality only has physical or on-line events.  Neither allows for sharing information for both on-line and in-person sides of a hybrid event.

 

When will Constant Contact allow us to create hybrid events?

Hello @PMIW_President ,

 

At this time, the even tool doesn't have an option for that kind of setup. You'd either need to:

  • just make a physical event, with additional information in the description, follow-up emails, etc. for those wishing to join online
  • or you'd need to setup a separate event for each type

Thank you for responding.  In today's world, hybrid events are now common, and from what I read, are not going away.  Has Constant Contact any plans for accommodating hybrid events?

It's one of several different feature requests currently existing for events, that the devs are taking into consideration for the newer event tool they're working on. Beyond that, my team's level of support has no further insight.
