How Do I Center My Newsletter?

I don't know what I did, but suddenly my newsletter is displaying off to the right hand side. I am a novice with Constant Contact so I have no idea how to center it. Help?

Are you asking about the alignment of the text? I'm not really seeing anything in your screencap besides having the Contact Us partially covering your email.
