How Do I Re-Activate My Account?

We got an email saying we needed to re-activate our account or it would be closed in 15 days? We're confused as to why or how to fix it since we use the program regularly. Thank you

Hello @TerrieEdit ,

 

Based on what you're describing, the email was in regards to an expired trial or cancelled account that used the same email address that received the notice. Your currently active account isn't flagged for closure or purging.
