Hello @DEALPOINTMERRILL,
You will not be able to send it through Constant Contact. You will have to send the link to the Landing Page outside of Constant Contact in a personal email to this customer. You should also be able to add the customer back into the unsubscribed list, and then manually resubscribe.
Hello @DEALPOINTMERRILL,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! You will want to send that contact a link to a Lead Generation Landing Page outside of Constant Contact so they can add themselves back or you can instead manually resubscribe them under contacts. Thanks!
This person is no longer in my contacts as I accidentally deleted the person. He said he accidentally unsubscribed, and I didn't know prior, so I deleted him. I tried to resubscribe and there is no match to his name, and then I tried to add him back and it wouldn't let me. I have a lead generation landing page, but I only want it to go to this person, and it looks like I have to send it out to everyone. How do I narrow it down just sending straight to him? This is not working out very well.
