How can I insert a bookmark in my campaign document and then insert a link to my selected text?

Hello @AdolfoC849 ,

Can you elaborate at all? Are you wanting to link a webpage / document you have bookmarked in your browser? If so, it's as simple as just copying the URL, and attaching it to a text link, image link, or button in your email.

As far as having the URL redirect to a specific chapter / bit of text, that'd be wholly dependent on setting up the URL on your end to accomplish that. Otherwise there's nothing on our end that'd be capturing that info since it's outside of our system.

Hello William:

Thank you for your kind response.

Unfortunatelly it did not answer my question.

Again, I am asking about how to insert a bookmark in a text in my document and then insert a link to it from another text in my document.

I am not referring at all to URLs but to texts within my document.

Best regards,

Adolfo

Are you referring to the Microsoft Word method of bookmarking a text document? In that case, unless you can find a 3rd party cloud service you can link to, where that MS Word bookmark formatting would still function, there's nothing in our system that'd have that type of functionality.

I am very dissapointed about the faxt that CC does not have that functionality.

I know how to creat internal links within a Word document.

But when I place that document in CC those links do not work anymore.

Very dissapointed, but very grateful to you for kind attempt to help me.

Best regards,

Adolfo

That's because you can't embed documents into the emails, so an image is auto-generated of the first page. Therefore the links won't work because they're not actual links in image form.

All you need to do is link to your uploaded document in the email, or copy-paste the text and links into a text block. Bear in mind however that the Library doesn't use Microsoft Word to render the documents, so bookmarks / chapters won't be possible regardless.
