I have a registrant who added 2 guests, but the 2nd guest cancelled so I am trying to remove them.
When I edited the registrant details, it allows me to delete the name (see image), but there is no way to remove the guest and the default Guest2 name shows up when you save.
Please provide steps to remove a guest from a registrant.
I have read other posts where the respondent describes how to remove a guest, but that is for an event without a fee.
Hello @ASHRAEJax. At this time, guests cannot be manually removed from a registration. The original registrant would need to have their registration cancelled and re-register for the event with the one guest. We understand that this is not an ideal workaround. We have an open idea surrounding the ability to remove a guest from a registration and encourage you to vote or comment on the idea so you will be notified if we have updates to share as they will not be posted here on the support boards.
