Constant Contact is always frustrating me with its unintuitive format. You'd think it would be easy to add a current contact to a second list...but it's not. Can anyone tell me how the F to do that, please?
Hi @DonF0. I believe that we spoke over Facebook earlier today and spoke a little about usability but I wanted to follow up here as well in case another customer had a similar question.
Generally, contacts can be added to lists by editing a contact profile. Your specific case had a contact in the status of No Permission Set which means that they could not be added to a list. Once the status is changed to Implied or Express permission (assuming that the contact has given permission to email you), the contact can be added to a list.
