In order to change the physical address in your footer, you can do so in two places:
To change the physical address box within an email:
To change the way your physical address appears for all emails going forward:
Any new emails you create will include the updated address information. However, if you copy a previously-created email that includes the old address information, you will need to update the address within the email.

I have updated my new address everywhere I could find but my old address still autopopulates into each new email. How can I change that rather than changing it in every email I write?
it sounds like you may be copying a campaign from before you made this update on your account. any campaign created before this address change will keep the old address in the footer. Because of this I would suggest creating a brand new email campaign to automatically include this new address. If you continue to copy previous campaigns the footer address will need to be manually updated every time.
