How do I create an html email for a partner organization to send?

I need to create HTML emails for partner organizations to send out (to market our event).  So far what I've done is to create it on CC, send it to myself then send them the preview version or forward to them to copy paste into their emails.  There's got to be a better way - can anyone advise me how to create an email for another organization to share?

Thanks!

Hello @SmithsonianCraftShow,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! You may be able to successfully share these campaigns from one account to another if you become a Business Partner with us. I took a look at your account and it does not appear to be a Partner account so I went ahead and scheduled a call with that team so they can reach out to you to discuss this free program as soon as possible. You can also learn more by talking with our support agents over the phone. Thanks!
