How do I delete a registrant from an event?

A coach registered the wrong person. How do I delete that registration?

Hi Loretta, You cannot delete a registered contact from your event guest list, but you can cancel their registration by following these steps:

 

  1. From your Home or Campaigns tab, click More > Edit to open your Event Dashboard.
  2. In the Registration section, click "View / Manage registrants".
  3. Check the boxes next to the registrants whose status you want to change.
  4. Choose "Registration" from the first drop-down menu.
  5. Choose "Registered", "Cancelled", "Attended", or "Not Attended" from the second drop-down menu.
  6. Click Update.
