Hello,

We do not provide HTML Code for your emails.  What you can do is download the email as a PDF, JPG, or PNG file. It's a violation of our terms to host a PDF version of your newsletter on your website. You can instead copy the URL for your Email campaign and share the link on your website.

I hope that helps!

Hosting HTML E-mails on Our Website

I'm not real sure if this board is where my post should go, but here it goes...

I know that we can host Constant Contact e-mails on our website, but I want to be able to get the actual text in HTML form so those topics can be picked up via web search. Is it possible to have Constant Contact spit this out after we send an e-mail?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: Hosting HTML E-mails on Our Website

Hello Monica,

Thanks for posting in our Community!  At this time we do not have a way to give you the HTML Code for your emails.  I will pass this feedback along to our developers to see if they can look into this for future developments.

In the meantime, have you looked at our Email Archive product yet?  It will give you the link to your archived email so that you can display it on your site.  This service is available for $5.00 per month.

I seem to recall this being against the Terms & Conditions of using the CTCT service.  Has that changed?

Hi Tony!

Welcome back! It is against our terms and conditions to post the HTML from our email templates on a website.  If a customer uses their own custom coding, then they can put that on their website.
