We upgraded to the plus and wanted to add a trackable coupon. After three tries, my associate tied sending a test that seemed to work. The manger deactivated the coupon, now customers see a ' this sale has ended" prompt, even though the exp is a month out. How can I reactivate the coupon?
Thanks for reaching out to us here in the Community forums! I apologize for the inconvenience, but there is not a way to re-activate a coupon once it is de-activated. You will have to copy the coupon (FAQ to show you how is right here) and use that one starting now. I will take your feedback on that though, in terms of being able to re-activate a coupon.
