How do I upgrade a managed account

I have a number of managed accounts whose 60 day trial has ended.  How do I upgrade them to an Open account?

Please reach out to the Billing or Partner teams for assistance with upgrading managed accounts under your partnership, if your clients are unable to do so within their accounts.
