Hi, would like some advice on how to make a Survey published through Constant Contact single use. That is, we send out an email invitation to our database for them to participate in a customer survey. Once the customer completes the survey, we then want the survey invitation to become inactive. We only want one set of responses from the customer, not the same customer completing the survey numerous times.
Thanks in advance for your advice. Craig
@CraigM504 When you send out the survey it will only record the response once from each contact. There is however a category for anonymous Respondents. https://knowledgebase.constantcontact.com/articles/KnowledgeBase/39505-Manage-Your-Survey-Page-Respo... There is not a switch to turn off the survey by respondent, there is an Expiration Date - Choose a date, up to six months out, to automatically retire your Survey Page. This won't remove the Survey Page from any webpages, emails, or social media posts that you shared the URL in, but if anyone tries to click the link, they won't be able to access the content.
