I'm pretty sure I have my answer already, but I wanted to make sure I could suspend my account at will, depending on the needs of my company. Is that correct?
That is correct! Users do have the option of suspending their account for a nominal monthly fee. Suspending the account would allow for you to store your information, work on your campaigns, and manage your contacts though you would not have the option to send emails. You can also unsuspend the account from the “My Account” section at any time. If you’d like to do that simply let us know and we can suspend the account for you. Our Billing Support is also available by phone and can suspend your account for you as well.
