I noticed on the webpage version of all of my new Constant Contact email campaigns that the link to Join Our Email List links back to our old company sign up form. I did reach out to chat support to see about updating this link to the our new Landing Page sign up form, but that is not possible. I guess the developers are going to work on integrating this feature? I just find it weird that they can't do that now.
Anyways, I was told to edit the old sign up form by visiting this page: https://ui.constantcontact.com/rnavmap/em/contacts/signuptools
which is great, but I can't figure out how to edit the webpage title of the form. Does anyone know where this can be found?? Is this possible to edit?? I would like it to match my current landing page.
I just want it to say Sign Up Form in place of what it says. See the attached screenshot. Does anyone know a way to edit this???
Hello @roemerind ,
At this time the site name for the legacy sign up landing page is automatically derived from the account's business/org name, and it can't be manually changed. I've updated your existing engineers' queue case about the legacy forms queue with this feature request.
Ah, I see. That is alright. Thanks for your response! Do you happen to know if the developers are going to eventually get rid of our legacy forms? Also, if that happens would we be notified of the change? Would those links that these old forms still link to be replaced with the new landing page links automatically?
At this time we do not know what the engineers' ultimate plan will be regarding the VaW email's top bar functions, including the automatic inclusion of that legacy sign up form. I did submit your case to the engineers so that if and when there's an update to that sign up form link, you'll be notified directly via email.
One thing I'd suggest, to make sure your voice on the feature request is amplified, is to post and vote in our Email feedback boards on this topic. The feedback boards are a more direct line to our Voice of Customer team, who regularly meets with our engineers.
Thank you for the help! I will definitely check those boards out. I appreciate that!
