Just getting started with this platform and my e-mail has not been getting to my TEST customer. Any works to avoid ?
It was a Celebrating 40 years in business type of e-mail.
Please let me know your thoughts and greatly appreciate any suggestions.

I'd suggest reaching out to our Deliverability team, as there's a number of issues, some of which may be on our end, yours, or the recipient's, that could cause test sends to fail. The Deliverability team will have the best tools to assist you in bettering your delivery rates.
