I don't want to track opens by our recipients, but don't see how to disable this in an email campaign. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Being able to disable the tracking you've described is not a feature we currently provide. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause! Having the ability to disable this setting is a great feature request I would be happy to track in your account in the meantime. What steps would you expect to take to disable this setting? Having any further information on this, including examples of why you would need this feature is helpful information for us to include in your request.
