How to do a list review if i can't make the call

Hi I received an email that request me to call and have a list review. However as I'm in Singapore, I can't make the call as there's no Singapore support number and also there's 12 hours time difference, therefore I can't ask help via chat. So what shall I do in this situation? Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out about your account review! While this isn't something that we can assist with via the Community due to account security concerns, our Account Review team does have an international number. Here are their hours: 

Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. ET
Friday 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. ET
Saturday - Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. ET

 

With a 12 hour time difference, I hope one of our later nights here might work for you in the early morning there!
