How to exclude a Tag in Segments

Hi, 

 

I have a list of clients in Europe and I Use Tags to see what training they have finished.

 

I want to send to all Europe clients that have Tag "Level 1 training" and exclude all that have the Tag "level 2 training".

 

I don't see the options to do that... I can not add another "and" Tag

And for exclutions Tags are not included...

Can anyone let me know how I could do this?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! In segments, after you select the Tags Criteria Block you will then see under the Tags drop-down the options for "Tagged With" and "Not Tagged With." Select this helpful article to read more. Thanks!
