Hello @TrishB44 ,
If you're just looking for instructions on exporting contacts from a Constant Contact account, you can find those written out (and with visual aids), on our main article for the subject.
No, I want to take it from one client account to another one. I used to be able to do that but can't find the usual process.
You're wanting to, as a partner, take contacts from one of your child accounts and put them in another? If so, for anything partner-related, I'd recommend reaching out to Partner support via the email or phone number provided to you in the Partner portal.
Otherwise, I'm not sure what you're referring to, nor why you wouldn't be able to use the export method suggested and then just import as a file into the other account.
As a side note, you'll want to make sure the contacts in the one client account have given some degree of permission to be emailed by the other, otherwise you may risk getting large levels of spam reports, unsubscribes, and other compliance-related reactions.
FYI I finally got to talk to Partner Support and after trying a few times to use the window for this purpose, I was informed that there is a known problem with this process and they are going to let me know when it is fixed. Also, the support person could do it on his end, so he handled it for me.
