How to give people subscription options before unsubscribing

Before someone unsubscribes from my emails, I want to give them the option to choose specific a email list to stay on. Is this possible?

Hello @LonestarADV ,

You can setup an Update Profile form from the the Sign up forms tab in the navigation bar. If you add list selections, these will automatically appear on the unsubscription page as an alternative to contacts fully unsubbing from you.
