What do I tell someone complaining that they are not getting our newsletter, and the database said they have unsubscribed. It appears that they did not mean to do that. I would like to send clear instructions to them about how to re-subscribe.
Hello @TertiaE. You can resubscribe a contact by sending them a resubscribe email in your account. This way we're receiving explict permission from the contact that they wish to receive your emails again.
