How to reactivate an account that is no longer active

We formerly had an account with a entries in a data base.  About a year ago we chose not to renew the CC membership.  Now we'd like to get more active with data base marketing again and would love to not have to re-enter all of our data.  


Because we don't have an active account, I can't get past the automated attendant.

I am happy to hear you are looking to resume your marketing activities!  However, our system will only store information up to 120 days post cancellation, therefore you will have to create a new account and re-enter all of your data.
